Arthur is a Senior Associate Attorney at Provinziano & Associates. He is highly experienced in all aspects of family law litigation including dissolution, legal separation, nullity, parentage actions, high-conflict custody disputes, Domestic Violence Restraining Orders, child and spousal support, the division of complex and high-net worth community estates, modification of orders and judgments, attorneys fees and sanctions, and move-away custody cases.
Arthur has exclusively practiced family law for the past 10 years since he was admitted to the California Bar in December 2015. Arthur graduated from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in May 2015 with his J.D. and graduated from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in May 2017 with his Tax LL.M.
In addition to his litigation experience, Arthur has also secured favorable settlements for his clients through mediation and negotiation. Arthur has worked with clients across many professions – doctors, lawyers, celebrities, business owners, stay-at-home parents, single parents, actors, people within the fashion industry, and people within the finance industry.
Arthur understands that each case, rather each family, has its own unique set of facts and circumstances to which the law will apply. By combining his extensive litigation experience with his vast knowledge of family law, Arthur guides his clients towards the best outcome for their unique situation with a common-sense and reasonable approach.
