Get to Know Daniel Peikes, Esq.
Daniel Peikes is an Associate Trial Attorney at Provinziano & Associates who specializes in all aspects of family law, including divorce, custody, domestic violence, and guardianships. Daniel is a graduate of UCLA School of Law and is admitted to the State Bar of California.
Prior to joining Provinziano & Associates, Daniel practiced civil litigation for several highly respected Los Angeles law firms. He has extensive experience in all phases of litigation and has successfully represented clients in hundreds of cases, including multiple victories at trials and other contested hearings. During law school, Daniel worked for multiple litigation firms, for a United States District Court Judge, at the Los Angeles City Attorney’s office, and as a research assistant for a law professor and the vice dean. He also served as the Chief Managing Editor of the UCLA Journal of Environmental Law and Policy.
Daniel enjoys solving legal problems and is passionate about helping people. In his free time, Daniel enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, cooking, and swimming.
