Amy Nielsen is an Associate Attorney at Provinziano & Associates, bringing extensive experience and expertise in family law to her role. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with honors from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and her Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from the University of California, San Francisco Law (formerly UC Hastings School of Law). While in law school, Amy was recognized with the prestigious Thurston Society Award and served as Senior Articles Editor for the Hastings International and Comparative Law Review.
Amy’s practice encompasses all aspects of family law, including divorce, child custody, spousal and child support, and post-judgment enforcement and modification. Known for her dedication and zealous advocacy, she is committed to ensuring her clients’ needs remain at the forefront as she guides them through the legal process. Amy takes pride in helping clients navigate challenging situations with confidence and compassion.
A mother of two, Amy shares custody of her children and a rescue dog named Pepperoni, which gives her a unique understanding of the real-life challenges many of her clients face. Her personal experiences fuel her passion for family law and her commitment to helping clients. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring creative projects with her children, and staying actively involved in her community.
