Yody’s legal journey began in Thailand, where she was admitted to practice law in 2010. She spent eight years as a Litigation Associate at a prominent law firm in Bangkok, managing diverse caseloads, specializing in civil, labor, and family law cases within Thai courts and arbitration institutes. Her expertise encompassed all aspects of litigation, from drafting complaints to advocacy in over 150 court hearings.

She furthered his legal education by earning an LL.M. from Queen Mary University of London, graduating with high honors and specializing in Taxation. Continuing her academic pursuits, Yody obtained her Master of Laws (LL.M.) from UCLA School of Law, excelling in Media, Entertainment, Technology, and Sports. Her academic achievements were underscored by ranking in the top 10% of her class and demonstrating exceptional proficiency in the coursework
