Associate Attorney

Bita was driven to become an attorney because of her passion for being an advocate for the voiceless. She chose to become a family law attorney because she saw it as an opportunity to stand up for clients in one of the most challenging times of their lives. She graduated with honors from UCLA, with a BA in political science, and went on the obtain her Juris Doctor from the UCLA School of Law.
While studying at the UCLA School of Law, Bita participated in an intensive family law mediation clinic, where she learned about the complexities of family law. Bita also served as an editor of UCLA’s Entertainment Law Review and the Journal of International Law and Foreign Affairs. Additionally, Bita competed in the Jones Day Moot Court Competition and earned a score in the top 25%.

Prior to joining Provinziano & Associates, Bita worked as an associate at a civil rights law firm, where she advocated for individuals who had been discriminated against on the basis of race, age, sex, and other protected categories. Joining Provinziano & Associates has only reinforced Bita’s drive to stand up for those in need.

In her spare time, Bita enjoys spending time with her loved ones, going to the beach, and practicing yoga. Bita is also passionate about travel and culture.
