He has worked in customer support for over 10 years, which has made him an expert in troubleshooting problems that clients may have. Being a Client Care Representative, puts him in a position where he can have meaningful conversations and make clients feel that they are understood and valued.
Outside of work, John loves to spend time with his family on weekends. He loves having a good meal with them around the dinner table, as it opens them up for great conversation. As the world has been changing so rapidly recently, he realized how important living his life surrounded by his loved ones truly is to him.
