Karla is an experienced bilingual native Spanish speaker who works as a Receptionist at Provinziano & Associates. She gathered over 14 years of customer care experience while working in various positions dealing with collections, sales, and general customer support. In her current role, she honed her abilities to speak with clients and has adopted a mindset focused on in problem-solving, which has helped her in maximizing her ability to help our clients. Her communication, kindness, and compassion have afforded her excellent results.

Outside of work, Karla loves cooking and spending time with family.
