“GOOD FATHER SHOULD COUNT”
– ANDY, SEEKING CHILD SUPPORT CLIENT

"I am the father of two son's 13 and 11 and they are a true Blessing. I grown up with out a father and being my son's dad is most important to me. I have been married for 16 and a half years, and my wife became unhappy being married to me I had not cheated nor been abusive, but she filed for divorce a week after she left, me and our sons. My hope is she would come home but that dose not seem likely. My greatest fear was that she would get custody of our boys, because i believe they would be care for best by me, I felt she was about getting as much money from me as she possibly could. She informed me she wanted to leave 10 years ago, (wanted to wait for the 10 year period because the financial part of the Calf. Law would kick in.) I have always felt father's were not fairly represented in the court room, but much to my surprise Attorney Alphonse was able to get me primary custody of my sons and child support which lowered my spousal support payment. Now my attorney and I are preparing for the last chapter and I pray I will still be able to build a future for my sons when I am no longer with them. I am 60 years old and I have worked hard to plan for the future of my wife and sons when I am no longer with them a bad divorce could have a great effect on those plans. but i have confidence in my attorney to do his best for my sons and I. I do pray for wife that she will see the harm she is doing to herself and our family. I would like to touch base with my attorney more often/but at the same time it may not be needed if nothing is going on. my court date has been postponed."
