Roma is a Receptionist at Provinziano & Associates. She was born and raised in the Philippines, where she was always surrounded by hospitable people. Her caring nature has helped her succeed in the Customer Support Industry for over 15 years. She is a courteous customer representative that is constantly developing new ways to exceed her client’s expectations and therefore, uses every customer interaction as an opportunity to improve professionally. She always works to understand the client’s side and believes that by putting herself in the customer’s shoes, only then she will be able to serve them to the best of her ability.

At home, Roma is a wife and a loving mother who loves to cook in her spare time. After a long day at work, her favorite thing to do is listen to music with a warm cup of coffee in her hand while surrounded by her family.
